To ensure excellent training standards are maintained our Quality System monitors all course evaluation forms that every delegate completes at the end of each course. Delegates rank us on five measures from poor to excellent. The ‘poor’ or 'below average' boxes are never ticked and NCAT consistently scores over 97% on good or excellent.
